Free Estimate
We come to you, measure the space, assess the subfloor condition, and give you a clear quote. No surprises when the job is done.

Subfloor Prep
We inspect for squeaks, soft spots, high or low areas, and moisture issues. Any problems get fixed before a single plank goes down.

Installation
Planks are acclimated, layout is planned for the best visual result, and the floor is installed with proper expansion gaps and tight seams throughout.

Finishing & Cleanup
Transitions, trim, and baseboards are reinstalled or replaced. We haul everything away and leave the space clean and ready to use.

Flooring FAQ

How long does a typical flooring installation take?
Square footage, subfloor condition, room layout, and transition complexity all affect the scope. We give you a clear schedule at the estimate stage — no surprises once work begins.
Do I need to supply the flooring or can you source it?
Either works. Many clients purchase their own flooring from Home Depot, Costco, or a flooring supplier and we handle the install. We can also help you source material if you'd prefer — just let us know what you're looking for and your budget.
Can LVP be installed over existing flooring?
Sometimes, but not always. It depends on the height of the existing floor, the condition of what's underneath, and the type of subfloor. We'll assess this during the estimate and give you an honest recommendation — we won't install over something that's going to cause problems down the road.
Is LVP suitable for basements?
Yes — LVP is one of the best flooring options for basements because it's 100% waterproof. Unlike laminate or hardwood, it won't swell or warp if there's minor moisture. We install a lot of LVP in finished basements across Niagara Region.
Do you remove and dispose of the old flooring?
Yes. Demo and disposal of existing flooring is included or can be added depending on the scope. We'll confirm what's included in your quote upfront.
